Facilities
The White Waters Country Hotel has a choice of two suites including the Denbighshire Suite which is our larger suite or the Rafters Suite which would be used for a more smaller affair.
Each Suite creates its own atmosphere with its bright lighting during the meal to a more subdued glow for the evening, again choosing the correct suite can be made easy as we have facilities to cope with numbers for small or large occasion.
A late licence is available which can ensure you celebrate into the early hours if required.
Finishing Touches
Room Hire - If you hold your Wedding Breakfast and Evening Reception at the Hotel, the hire of the suite will be offered to you complimentary, subject to a minimum order value.
Accommodation - The Bride and Groom will be offered one of the luxury rooms complimentary on the night of their wedding. All guests attending the wedding will be offered special rates on their accommodation.
Red Carpet - On arrival the Bride and Groom will be stepping out of their wedding car on to a luxury red carpet and making every minute here special and one to remember.
Master of Ceremonies - An experienced member of the management team will be pleased to act as toast master for the occasion if you wish.
Cake Stand - A base for your wedding cake is at your disposal along with a cake knife.
Entertainment - We can provide all types of entertainment including live bands, singers, DJ’s etc. all at special rates.
Photographer - You may also want to use the hotels photographer for your big day, he comes highly recommended and at very reasonable rates.
Flowers - What about flowers on the day?
You can either provide your own or we can arrange this for you in line
with your chosen colouring. fl
